This high-quality expansion vessel for heating systems guarantees reliable pressure compensation control within modern heating systems. Available in capacities of 80, 100, 140, and 200 liters, it can be flexibly adapted to the different requirements of heating systems – both in residential buildings and in the commercial sector.
The expansion vessel has been specifically designed and optimized for use in heating systems. It is characterized by the precise coordination of all relevant parameters. These include the operating pressure, the maximum flow temperature, and the factory-set pre-charge pressure, which ensures consistently efficient operation of the entire heating system. As a result, the heating system can run stably even with strong fluctuations in temperature or water volume and be protected against unwanted overpressure situations.
Technical data
The expansion vessel is available in four versions: N80 (80 liters), N100 (100 liters), N140 (140 liters), and N200 (200 liters). The maximum operating pressure is 3 bar. The flow temperature is designed for values up to 110°C, ensuring reliable operation even at high system temperatures.
The preset nitrogen pre-charge pressure is 1.5 bar, which ensures constant and safe operation. Installation is particularly easy thanks to the standardized 1" thread on the connection, which allows use in a wide variety of systems and supports quick assembly.
Special features and application
With its robust design and high-quality workmanship, the expansion vessel offers reliable protection for any heating system. It optimally absorbs volume changes in the heating water due to heating and thus effectively protects the system from damage caused by excessive pressure.
